She had many clients in the past that she ripped off including my husband and me. Never returned phone calls and not until we showed up at her home and spoke with the police and her neighbors she decided to return the pictures that she took at our wedding. Also, the pictures were not fixed or done in any way. Anyone could have done her job. I should have reported her at that time because it would have saved many people from going through what I and others went through. She is a thief and a scammer and still lives in the same area in Around Riegelsville and Quakertown.

Review: My husband ([redacted]) paid Melissa Cotter $150 via PayPal for a service that ended up NEVER being preformed. We booked a holiday photo shoot and Melissa never returned any phone calls, text messages nor emails to arrange this photo shoot. She also has not responded to our many inquiries to send us our money back. In addition to this payment, we were told by Melissa in a verbal agreement that she would refund $80 that we paid her for a photo shoot on the beach on Labor Day in 2012 since it rained early into the shoot. We have yet to receive this refund too.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund via PayPal or certified check from Melissa Cotter Photography. Our contact information that was provided to her when services were paid for has not changed.
