On July 27,I took a Echo weedeater to this business(a Echo dealer) for repair of the string cutter head,it was letting out too much line, solution was put on a new head, new head w/tax $**.**
I put on new head ,add gas to tank, started weedeater, but when I started to use weedeater it was leaking gas baddly and I shut it off right awayThe next day I took weedeater back to have gas leak fix, and it was determaned that the gas tank was cracked,they said this was a old model and could not get a new one,but would try to find a uesd onewell I never heard a word from them, thought I would at least go pick it upThey said that they could not find a gas tank,but when they gave me back weedeater the new string cutting was missingWhen I ask where is the cutting head he ask his helper to look on the bench,oh not there, must have not been on when brought in
I can asure you that when I put the new head on that I would not have taken the time to take it off just to have a gas lea
