Review: I came into the shop with my 1999 Toyota Camry running with hesitation. I requested a Fuel Injections Service. After a test run by the mechanic and check up, I was told the repairs would cost $500 without any details. When I asked them to give the car back, I was told that the car was not driveable. So I was forced into the repairs. I was asked to sign the work authorization when I came to pick up the car.Desired Settlement: I should be charged $59.99 only for the service I requested and get back money for the other unnecessary work. Plus some compensation for the harassment.

Review: I made an appointment to have two rear brake pads changed on my vehicle. The appointment was set for 8:00 am. I arrived a few minutes early. What should have been a 30 minute to 1 hour repair took in excess of 5 hours. During my wait time the owner ([redacted]) continually blamed the parts company. I witnessed on several occasions my car sitting with no one working on the vehicle. During this same time more than one female arrived and left with their service complete.

When I finally got my vehicle there was damage to the wheels and sensors were not reset. [redacted] never apologized and did nothing other than give me $24 off of the over $200 service. I am left wondering if I were a female in a short skirt if I would have gotten the same service....Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of the $200 I paid. Additionally I expect to be compensated for my lost time and work productivity.

I was there over 5 hours for a one hour job. My pay rate is $135 per hour. Meineke therefore owes me $540 for the four lost hours of work time.

Total refund from Meineke should be $740.
