I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First, the gentleman only called me Friday April 14th and again Monday April 17th which was Easter holiday.  Not as depicted in response..........Our agreement is they will credit the the amount they said and I have some other work needed and hoping to be able to get it done this week and resolve dispute .I will send follow up once work is completed.

Keith G[redacted] called from the business. He stated that he has attempted to contact the Mr. [redacted] multiples times with no luck. Mr. G[redacted] stated that he is willing to give a refund in the amount of $[redacted].** but Mr. [redacted] would have to contact Mr. G[redacted] direct to discuss how to get the refund back to him. Mr. G[redacted] can be reached at [redacted] Monday through Friday 8AM-6PM and Saturday 8AM-4PM.
