Mehr Solar

Review: My complain is about [redacted] Mehr (the owner of Mehr Solar Company) and his company. He had me run around to get my refund back. He gave me one week to confirm the contract but quickly deposit the check. He told me to put it in writing, which I did in the email. Then he told me to send a certified letter, and I did. Today he text me that I have to do one more thing -return the original contract (customer copy). I refused since it is my copy. I tried to do all, but still have not received my refund after 6 weeks of cancellation. Here is what happened: October 25 I signed contract and gave check $500 to Mehr Solar. October 26 Mehr deposit check. Oct 31 I called and canceled the contract (still within 1 week). He said no problem. One week later I emailed Mehr in writing then was told to send a certified mail. November 14 certified letter about cancellation was sent to Mehr. Nov 20 I received the email confirmed by Mehr that certified was received and will refund me by end of 4th quarter (? date), but no exact date given. In the contract, it said within 30 days. So I waited. Today, December 9th, [redacted] Mehr requested that in order to get my refund, I have to write cancel on all of my original contract copy and mail them all back to Mehr.Desired Settlement: I want Mehr to refund me full amount since I followed all their requirement except for the last request - returning my contract copies to them. I do not know if I will ever get refunded, but I would like Revdex.com to warn others about Mehr Solar not keeping promises to the customer and delaying the refund process by using different tactics.
