I purchased what I thought was a new ipad from them, since NOWHERE in the description did it say it was refurbished!! It was a gift and by the time I was aware of the SCAM it was past the 30 return period. IT was severely overpriced for a refurbished model! Businesses like these are an utter scam! They take advantage of honest people! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM! YOU WILL COME TO REGRET YOUR DECISION!

They sold me a broken computer then charged me 15% to return it!

Terrible service experience. Took six weeks to replace the hard drive and optical drive in my MacBook. Charged me for a replacement for my optical drive that the technician later told me was a repair. Had to take it back to be replaced. Did not clone my hard drive as we discussed and said it was an internal 'miscommunication.' Unfriendly and did not communicate at all. Hard to imagine how a place like this is allowed to function. I tried to be patient and understanding, I even paid full price for services rendered. But when a company is so unwilling to apologize and take responsibility for anything then complaints must be made against that company.
