Review: Order number [redacted]. My friend, [redacted], who lives in Jerusalem, Israel ordered a chess set from Megachess. After she paid for the product, the only option she was given is to pick it up from their warehouse in California. She immediately asked for a full refund and was refused. I called their office in St. Clemente and spoke to the sales person, [redacted] to try and resolve the issue. In return I was called "stupid" and he accused me of telling him "BS". This kind of service is unacceptable. Here is the message that my friend sent to **. [redacted].

"Usually. I wouldn't purchase items that are not shipped to Israel. However, this time, as I went through all the

stages of the payment, I was not instructed to pay for the shipping to my home country or warned of the impossibility of this action.

Unfortunately, I am not able to ask someone to pick it up for me as I have neither relatives nor friends in the CA..

Secondly, the fourth option you gave me, with the link of the same item on eBay does not give me an opportunity to

ship the MegaChess to Israel. Additionally, the price of the item itself is higher than I can afford.

Although I would like to cancel the order, I want the return of the full cost of the item, as your system

made a mistake by giving me the opportunity to purchase an item that is initially not obtainable.

Therefore, please consider my demand and treat me with respect. [redacted]"Desired Settlement: Apology and a FULL refund.
