Great place to shop up until I received a second credit charge for a purchase I madeI spoke to a manager but she sent me to speak with someone that runs their credit card paymentsI spoke with her but she was hesitant to refund me, she kept making excuses telling I had to wait and that corporate had to get approval for them to look into itAfter a whole month of waiting and excuses I ended up giving upI used to be a regular customer to their store but they lost it by pulling this mediocre stunt

Mega Media XChange in Brookfield, WI has poor customer service and don't know how to treat their customersThe Store Manager is a rude and very disrespectful person to his customersI was in the store on 1/13/and had a return for an iPad that I had problems with and did state the problem to the person at the counter and he told the store manager who gave me such an attitude and was mean to meI would not recommend Mega Media XChange in Brookfield to anyone

October 4, & June 1st I checked out this place's website because I wanted to sell my laptopThe website states they purchase working and broken computersI even called the store prior...because I only has 1/8th tank of gasSo my boyfriend and I went there and Joey is the person who waited on meAfter looking the computer over ....quoting me $and telling me they needed to do a factory restartWe had sum problemsSo Joey said because I got there at 7:i would have to come back in the morning until the restart is doneSo I awaited his call in the morning..and he said they can't buy it because two windows keep opening upI said to him "well in that case your website says you buy computers that are broken" and he said "the website hasnt been updated since 2012." I said thats not my faultHe told me to pick up the computerSo we went to pick up the computer "Joey kept hiding in the backI asked to speak to a managerThey dont have oneAnd guess what? Joey just happens to be the supervisor." (i did call the store on Layton and they told me that every store has a manager and owner) So while getting my computer I asked Joey if they have a number for corporateHe took a blank receipt, printed the email address of him and stuck the sticker on the ...slammed it on counter and said BYE!!! ? Wow! Before I left the store I opened the computer and it worked fineHe liedI went to the store on LaytonExplained the situation to Antonio and the managerThe manager was so cool and laid backShe said the other store shouldn't have people wait for factory restartI basically am going to make thus short n sweet because my visit there wasIn min I walked out with $more than what the other store offered and a hell of a lot better customer service! This store is cleaner, friendlier...and has lots more stuf! Go to the Layton Location instead!!! Went back to this place today June 1st of and nothing has changedThey had no customer service skills, nobody smiled and the place seemed very depressingI think everybody needs to have customer service classes because this place in all actuality is ridiculousMe and my fiance went to your store to sell a TV and we had such poor customer serviceI would NOT RECOMMEND this locationPLEASE go to the Greenfield/Layton location or go to a different [redacted] shopBecause this place sucks ***

There disc are not tested to make sure they are working correctlyI won’t do business with them I don’t want instore credit I don’t wanna do business with you at all ! Went to buy super smash bros melee and was screwed out of $

I have always had really good luck with the videos, at a great price!
