My apologies about the delay in my response. *** had purchased from my Etsy Shop and she got what she ordered. I will explain below and attach pictures of our conversation. I will attach a link for my listing. Since then, I have adjusted my listing since I have realized it is confusing for some people. The listing is for a 12oz water bottle with a custom name. The listing also has a drop down so you can choose which water bottle color you would like or you can choose decal only and place the name on your own water bottle or any surface really. All of this is listed in the description, which clearly wasn’t read before purchasing. *** ordered the following :Water bottle color: decal only ( she never selected which water bottle color she would like ) She selected she would like the decal only. Text color: purple ( she got the name “***” in a purple text ) Never once did *** ask for a refund or anything similar. I would have refunded her (which I did after our conversation) had she asked nicely. I honestly did not have to refund her because she ordered what she did and got what she ordered. Instead of communication with me, she reported me over $5 that she got refunded the same day. Also, I would like to add that *** did not pay $5 for a “sticker”. She paid $5 for my time, my materials, and shipping with tracking. I believe that is all I have to say about this matter.
