Review: I was searching oil prices for home heating oil in August 2014. Meenan has a high pressure phone tactic that you must agree to over the first phone call for them to send out a contract. I clearly stated in that conversation that I wanted the right to rescind the contract for three days after receiving the contract in the mail. The sales person agreed to this condition on the phone. I made it quite clear that it was the date that I received the contract not the date they mailed it. Received the contract on the 29th of August. I called and questioned the amount of the service contract and she explain it to me. That night talked with my husband about the contract and we decided not to go with them. I sent the cancellation notice to them on the 30th of August. I received a bill for the maintenance contract twice now. When I called in October to find out why I was receiving this bill they said they did not receive the cancellation notice. I called the company to ask if the notice of cancellation must be sent register mail before sending it and they replied no.Desired Settlement: contract cancellation
