Hi ***,Back in January I was told by [redacted] that the two were breaking upI had expressed to [redacted] that I wanted to stay [redacted] agent, so he said he would tell her to contact me [redacted] had contacted me and said she wouldn’t mind aquote to stay with me as her agentI got the quote done that day and contacted [redacted] , I also left a voicemail because Icouldn’t get a hold of herI had contacted her many times after thatHowever, I had an emergency in my family, mybrother in law passed away, and I was out of the office for a weekOnce I returned I still could not get a hold of [redacted] .February came around and [redacted] contacted me to notify me that [redacted] was upset because she was charged for insurancefor their shared policy(I was never notified prior to this point that she and her bank account needed to be removed)(Iwas not aware it was her bank account that was attached to the accounts.) [redacted] said that he was in the process ofopening a new account and he would give me the informationHe called the office and we updated his bankinginformation to the accountOther than the passing of my brother in law, I have always been available for [redacted] to callor email me.Let me know what else you may need.Thank you
