Kraus Marketing had an extremely successful campaign with this client that lasted over 18 months. Kraus also made every attempt to provide services that were being disputed in hopes to continue what had been a good relationship leading up to this moment.  In the end Kraus Marketing decided to...

heavily discount the services (as requested) in order to have the relationship end in good terms.  This complaint  was just brought to my attention (which is about 3 weeks since the complaint has been settled) and I have called the client.I hope he will be removing this complaint per my request. However I stand by our great reputation which has never received a Revdex.com complaint in all the years we've been in business.
