This Urgent Care is dangerously incompetentAfter my 4th visit here over the last year, I have come to realize that the culture there and general attitude and competency is very poorMy latest visit, when I was having chest pains, was particularlyI informed the receptionist that I was having very slight pain in my chestShe told me that she would have to speak with the doctor to see if they would treat me at their facility, since the condition was so seriousBut she then returned to her telephone call for another minutes
The doctor then informed the nurse who informed me (still in the waiting room with no other patients) that my condition was too severe for him to even come out of his office and look at and that I should go to the ERI asked how my condition could be so serious, that a doctor was unwilling to look at me, yet unimportant enough that they would recommend I drive minutes alone to an ER
My local ER was appalled that I was handled in such a way and encouraged me to share such a disturbing experience
