I have researched Mr. Gibon's complaint. First and foremost, please note that we have issued Mr Gibbon's refund effective today. Below you will see why the refund was not sent out immediately after his interactions with our customer service department. Our customer service records and CRM system show that Mr. Gibbons contacted customer originally on 9/25. He spoke with agent 383, he was offered a discount and declined that discount. He was told he would need to return the package with e RMA number. Once the product was received he would be issued his refund. He said he would call back for the address as he was driving, when he called back in another agent helped him get the rest of the information for returning. He called back and was issued a RMA number. We did not receive the product back with the RMA provided. As Mr Gibbons was required to return the product to be issued his refund, he did not receive the refund as we did not receive the product. Nonetheless, Mr. Gibbons has been refunded fully and will receive his refund within 3-5 business days.
