Hello, thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint Our photos are accurate and are not even filtered or enhanced, like most professional photos They were all taken with a high resolution cell phone camera The photos are all of actual rooms on the property or the common areas We have been in business for over years and the property has continued to thrive, with many repeat guests As mentioned on our website and online marketing, we have a deluxe version of rooms/suites, and a standard version, down to a simple studio unit with a murphy bed I believe Ms [redacted] was expecting a deluxe room type when she booked a standard room.We are happy to invite her back to the property and are willing to discount her into a deluxe room for the price of a standard She may contact the reservation department and reference this response in order to access this discount.Thank you,*** www.mediterraneoresort.com
