In December 2013 our company offered a promotion that allowed customers to receive a variety of our products for approximately half of original price for each product.  While reviewing receipts for this promotion, we realized that this customer had successfully completed...

the purchase for one of our products at the sale price and he had attempted the purchase of three other products at their sales prices.   An issue occurred in the payment process of the three following products. They were added to his account yet no payment was taken.  Once we realized this processing error, we suspended the three products and notified the customer, explaining the error in payment processing.  The offer was made to reactivate the accounts if the customer wished to pay for them, at their individual sale prices.  He declined to do so.  The customer did not pay $150 for the once product that he receive.  His cost was $99.
