Regarding complaint 12178594date of job. 7/26/2011complaint person had a 2year warranty on job.I went out once to do some caulking and patchwork, no chargewas called again and spoke to [redacted]. I told him I needed to charge for my services because hi s warranty was over he said I should do it for free one last time. I said no I neede to be paid. That is how I left it. I actually remodeled the whole mobile home. He had some inliscensed people working for him. My main question is. How can he file a complaint if he no longer ownes the mobile home. The real owner is [redacted]. if anyone was to complain it should be her. However I did not do the work for her. (No contract). What I could see from the pictures that were sent to you. The repairs don't look that bad as to warrant a new roof. We had severe winds in ANDERSON last winter. I believe that could have caused the damage to the roof. Homeowners insurance would have probably covered the damages. I am sure the park requires a tenant to have homeowners insurance. if you need additional information, you have my email. Let me know. Or call me at [redacted]thanks, [redacted]
