Review: We had several serious issues with this answering service company, and as a result we had patients that were extremely upset. There calls were not handled properly and were hung up on and spoken to in a disrespectful tone. These patients called us the next day to inform us they never received a call back regarding there medical concerns. It is imperative that these emergency calls be communicated to the doctors because they are responsible for the well being of their patients. The doctors must be notified as some patients may need more care then others. Their failure to correspond and carry out what we as paying customers had agreed upon has left us no choice but to look into the root of the problem. Ensuring this wouldn't happen again is a priority for our practice. One of the employee's at Medico Solutions ([redacted]) introduced herself as an administrative assistant position for the company. For some odd reason every time we called to speak with a supervisor or any person in charge she would be the only available person to respond. She refused to give us a resolution to our problem. Her dishonesty and failure to comply as a calling service gives us a feeling her company is practicing in a fraudulent manner. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and offered poor customer service. It turns out she is the actual owner of the business. A decision to end business with Medico Solutions due to our dissatisfaction with their services has led to a undisclosed 3 month penalty fee. A copy of our contract has been requested several times and it has been denied. Nowhere and at no time has a penalty fee been addressed or mentioned at time of agreement. This company needs to be investigated for their poor service and misleading business tactics.
