I got a FedEx envelope this morning with a full refund and an apology letter from the business. It's a cashier's check. My complaint has been satisfied and resolved.

She did initial and sign our Service Agreement form acknowledging the terms and condition of this agreement. the letter you sent to our office manager by mail. According to our records, she left you a voicemail to address this situation with you. Our Equipment is checked daily prior to open and if there is an issue our staff should be made aware immediately. If it was not brought to our staff’s attention and I do understand during that time we were under staffed and I would like to personally apologize for any inconvenience you experienced at our facility. We do want all are patients to relax and enjoy their experience while at our clinic. Furthermore, I do want to reassure you these issues have been evaluated and resolved and all our equipment fully operates to our standards. After reviewing your chart, I feel you might have been dissatisfied due to limited time. I completely understand busy schedules. We invest in you because we help change lives and make a difference. I see you had an evaluation with our doctor. After reviewing his notes, I understand you were coming in on your lunch breaks and he dictated you were in a hurry. However, our counseling and step by step progress is crucial in tracking and helping patients stay on track and this is why we have certain protocols as such that we require our patients to follow at our facility. We do understand that our patients run late to appointments and our doctors may require more time per patient depending on the consultation. I always suggest to our patients to allow thirty minutes or more for these visits. According to your chart, you purchased a Groupon that included ten-week laser lipo unlimited vibration machine, lab work, appetite suppressants, meal plan, and counseling. I regret to hear you were not completely satisfied at our clinic. You signed up March 28, 2017, which we would like to extend this unlimited vibration for one year at our facility that you are able to utilize at your convenience for the inconvenience at our facility. As well as five lipo injections in addition to the remaining five in your chart. Additional I would like to give you ten lipo lasers L.E.D. machine treatments. Our non-invasive L.E.D. technology has been bio medically proven to produce results in most patients with no effort. Nine sessions takes an average of two to five inches off. Depending on the outcome you are looking to achieve, I strongly encourage all patients that really want to lose weight to consider HCG and we would love to help you reach that goal. At this time, you have used $364 of your $359 Groupon package. We strive in helping our patients achieve their weight lose goals. appropriate documentation. I do see you purchased a sixteen-week lifestyle change program at our clinic and utilized your complete package except for the second bottle of AppTrim. Our AppTrim order for September, which we would usually receive end of August. That order was lost in transit unfortunately with Fed-EX so the pharmacy we order our AppTrim through resent that order in which we did receive. I have put a bottle a side for you at our office for you to pick up at your convenience. Other than that, I do see you fulfilled your entire package except for the second bottle of AppTrim you did not receive, therefore we are unable to refund you. (All services were fulfilled). As a courtesy to you for your inconvenience Medical Weight Loss would like to offer you ten additional sessions for our Laser Lipo machine and five additional Lipo injections.
