Medical Resource Systems, Inc.

I received a letter from Medical Resource Systems, Inc. on Dec 6,2013, indicating a balance due of 484.79. I called inquiring about this as I have no recollection of this and have not received any billing. The representative explained that it was an amount from 2010 that was unpaid. It is surprising to get this letter 3 years later. This must be some type of error. They state that they are representing Valley Emergency Physicians. I am curious why a bill would not have been sent since the date of service. Obviously, they are not conducting business properly. I wanted to expose the unethical practice here and increase the public's awareness of scams like this.
