Review: On February 2015 my wife had a heart attack on the [redacted]l on the way to [redacted]. the Captain told my wife she would have to leave the ship at the first port which was [redacted]. When she was in emergency they wanted to do angigram which we were not interested doing in [redacted]. Then a representative from [redacted] told me that they can fly my wife any place to the USA. I told him I couldn't afford it ,then he asked what kind of insurance we had and I told him [redacted] and [redacted],He said he will make a call and when he came back he said we are covered [redacted] will pay for the airplane but they had to fly to nearest airport in the USA which was San Diego. I told him to make the arrangement and I went back to the ship. That evening around 8:30 pm I received a call from [redacted] that [redacted] was not covering the flight then I told him that the other representative said it was all covered and I told him that I couldn't afford it, he said that he will call me right back which never happened. After about an hour I called the hospital and they said she has left which was a lie. They made my wife sign a form that she will pay for the flight at 11:00 pm but no cost was given. We received an invoice for $239,500.00 and pay within 21 days. which I don't have.Desired Settlement: They have sent the Invoice to [redacted] and if they don't pay my feeling is I shouldn't pay either because they lied about everything
