We chose to invest in hardwood floors for our homeThis was a project we took very seriously, especially because we have kiddos and a 30lb dog with energy (yes, we trim his nails regularly)We wanted to make sure we chose the right flooring, and that it was done rightWe chose to go with a local installation companyIn the end, I feel like we were given the cheaper option (and quote) by Heritage, to buy our businessAnd in the end, our floors scratch so very easily, I feel, because we were never given the add on option of having a "hardener" layer appliedI am glad we chose local, and there are now wood floors in our homeBut when it's time to sell our home, the new owners will have to have the floors refinishedI knew they would have to be refinished eventually, and I hoped I wouldn't feel like they needed refinishing when they were only days oldDisappointed and feeling like they just wanted our money, not to actually give us the flooring our family neededUnfortunately, their customer service was so poor and disrespectfulThey have stooped to such a level of trash and disgust, that it sickens me to know who I invited in my homeInstead of trying to help us find an answer to the easily scratched floors, or to fix the woods floors they scraped up while moving the refrigerator, they instead decide to label this as a "dispute" demand to be paidI will never recommend this company after being talked to so disrespectfully
