I have spoken with Mr.[redacted], we will remove the curbing from the front bed and re-install the curbing to his specifications.

Until they have completed the compromise resolution, the complaint should remain open. There were additional workmanship issues with curbing installed at the rear of my home, I pointed them out to [redacted] (one of the owners) and agreed to not pursue additional removal and re-installation if they timely and properly installed new curbing at the front of my home.
