This letter
is in regard to Mr.Spencers letter case#***.Customer purchased
a used scooter from us ,(no warrenty)he was Advised.He
later brought in bill of sale and there is no warrentyCustomer did
bring scooter in with oil leak,we workedOn it several
times and let it sit on our
shop floor with paper under and there was little
oil over night.The problem was internal ,main seal was leaking,also the ser
clip broke causing motor to lose compression.Mr K***
spoke with Mr.*** and told him repairs were
necessary .Mr K*** did not know the extent of damages until machine shop told him cost would be about $The scooter was upgraded to
help with Mr *** size,so he could have speed
to get up hillsAt that time Mr K*** talked to Mr *** about the cost of
repairs.We have worked a satisfactory resulation and Mr.*** has his scooter
