Medical Eye Center

The assistant checked my eyes and wrote down in my chart that I needed a new prescription for glasses. Dr. Scott B[redacted] examined my eyes and gave me a prescription. I took the prescription and got new glasses, however, every time I tried to wear them I felt like I would fall. I took the glasses back but they checked the prescription and they were accurate. I then went back to the Medical Eye Center and the explained to the assistant what was going on, she told me that the prescription was too strong for me so she checked my eyes and Dr. B[redacted] came in and told me that he would write another prescription for me. I told him that I spent a lot of money on glasses that I could not wear because the prescription was wrong, he told me that there was nothing he could do except give me a new prescription. I told him that his office made the mistake and I felt that he should refund the cost of the glasses but he refused. Now I am stuck with glasses that I cannot use.
