My phone was disconnected for months because I couldn't pay I'm on ssi I had no medical alert or way of contacting anyone They didn't mail me Anything saying we aren't getting a signal from your phone are you ok? I could have been laying dead But, they made sure they took the $out of my account every month And, they won't refund me for the months that I didn't have service I'm glad now that I have a company that ss is paying for now They seem to care much more about people than a few meager dollars When it is a lot to someone on a fixed income

Review: Starting on the ** Oct. 2013 thru today, ** Oct 2013 I have received 13 recorded calls for a Company Called Medcial Alert. They have all been recorded calls and when I punch the #1 a live person comes on the line and I tell them not to call back but they keep calling. I have been on the do not call list since Sept. *, 2009 and I have never had any business with this company at any time.
