I am rejecting this response because:The last mail I received was a past due notice for services I canceled A promise to research and resolve an issue from an un trust worthy and proven incompetent source is not a response Please don't get back to me until this is actually resolved

Hello, We received the inquiry on the 27th of October. I mailed the member a response on November 3rd. We will resend the letter and an additional response to the member by November 17th. Thank you, Leah [redacted] ###-###-####
