Our billing system shows a refund check is being processed as of 1/13/15.

We had two maintenance techs at Ms. [redacted]'s home this morning.  They report that the cable plant looks good and they found no issues.  We've looked at Ms. [redacted]'s cable modem via some software that we have and it looks perfect.  At this point we need to have a supervisor do some...

tests at the modem but we'll need access.  I've left Ms. [redacted] a voice mail this morning and hope we can schedule to have that done thsi afternoon.

I'm currently researching to see where we are with making service available to this address.

We have a service call scheduled for Monday the 17th.

We'll have a tech out this evening to make sure everything is working properly.
