Review: A co-worker went to their website looking for a free article they said they had available. It required a credit card to join but was not supposed to be charged for 5 days. She went further in the process but was concerned about the credit card request so exited the website, never getting the article or agreeing to a membership. No membership confirmation email was ever received. 6 days later on 3/2/15 they charged the company credit card for the yearly membership. I discovered it on the bank statement on 3/11/15 and after speaking with my co-worker I called them and cancelled the account and requested a refund. We received a refund confirmation email on 3/11/15. On 4/10/15 I called them again because the refund had never arrived. I was told they only allow 7 days to get the refund and since I had not requested it in the 7 days that they were not giving us a refund even though I was initially told they would and had received an email confirmation of the refund. I was told the person who processed the refund was mistaken and they were not honoring their initial verbal and written agreement to refund the money.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor the email I received and issue the refund.
