United States, so the publications do exist. MS [redacted] statement that it does not , is incorrect.The Invoice [redacted] was just paid on 1/29/18. AS stated we will start production once payment is received , and will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks after. this item has already been printed and is being shipped out on 2/13/18. Also our phone number is clear and located on the upper right side of the Invoice under questions

On 11/14 our [redacted] spoke to [redacted]- [redacted] of Said company, and agreed to advertisement to be placed on the community guides we produce. Also I reviewed the phone number associated with this company and show (2) phone calls made to them from us on 11/14/17 one was the [redacted] the next was verification dept. Media Print Solutions is not the company who [redacted] Stated calls numerous times throughout the year. We continue to have this problem, being confused as another company here in [redacted] who offers the Same Product and Service needless to say we have cancelled the order per this request. and put this company on our do not call listThank you [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to state to Revdex.com this will be the second time since late November that this company has stated that they will send me a check. It is Jan. 20th and I have still not received anythingfrom Media Print Solutions. I will accept this response from Media Print Solutions that they have cut a check to me on the 13th of January. If no check is received by next week I will reopen this case for the third time.PSThis response was made to Revdex.com from [redacted] where all the last responses to me was from Jessica Hoffman.That to me seems a little strange.
