We met "[redacted]" at wedding expo in Plymouth ma. She was a photography vendor and had an assistant with her at the expo. We liked her package and agreed to meet with her. We met up with her and agreed to hire her as our wedding photographer. We signed a contract with her "reserving her" and gave her a check for one hundred dollars. Today I called her to check in. Her voice mail has a different name, her business number is full and cannot receive any more messages, and her website is down.Desired SettlementWe would like our one hundred dollar deposit back.
