Review: I was unable to cancel my subscription during the trial period. The company provides the option to do so on the company's websites (http[redacted]). However this option did not work. I sent two emails requesting to cancel my subscription and resolve any issues with billing my credit card. I never heard back. I made several calls at the company's phone number (###-###-####) during and outside regular business hours. All these efforts were to no avail. According to my credit card statement, an international transaction in connection with the trial period subscription has been charged from [redacted], [redacted]. Because the company failed to cancel my subscription during the trial period, my credit card will be charged for further subscription extension and processing fees as per the company’s website.Desired Settlement: The resolution I seek to cancel my media-finder account immediately and to reverse any further charges made to my credit card by media finder. The company should acknowledge account cancellation.
