On today's date I received a package in the mail that contained a bottle of [redacted] weight loss supplement. This product was never ordered by myself or any other member of my household. After doing some research online I saw that other complaints have been filed against this company and their fullfillment company, [redacted], for the same fraudulent activity. It was while reading these other complaints that it was brought to my attention to check my banking statement for an suspicious charges. After doing so I found one from this company, in the amount of $79.95. I immediately contacted my bank and started a fraudulent charge dispute. In addition, I will be ATTEMPTING to contact this fraudulent company for a refund as well. Some type of action should be taken against these companies who are performing these illegal activities.Desired SettlementA FULL REFUND OF $79.95Business Response Customer called on 12/30/2014 and said he did not order and requested a refund. Customer was refunded in full on 12/30/2014.
