Medi Weightloss Clinics of Brandon

I went today to the Brandon Medi Weightloss center, and was able to get an appointment the same day The physician there talks very loudly, where everyone in the waiting room is able to overhear your medical history and information Additionally, he shared other patient information with me (he shared what he prescribed for the patient before me) I was then directed to an exam room as a "holding area" because the EKG room was in use I waited for minutes before an employee, dressed to leave with keys in hand, stopped outside my door and asked what I was doing there (the same employee that asked me to go there in the first place) Instead of apologizing, she made a million excuses of how busy they were & how it was just of them working I elected to leaveI walked past the socializing doctor and office manager, neither of which stopped me, acknowledged my presence, or even bothered to call me to apologize after the fact If you like having everyone know your medical information and to be treated like a number and not a human being, this is the place for youIt is not the place for me! I will find some place I feel more support and not like someone's paycheck!

I waited for 50 minutes before an employee, dressed to leave with keys in hand, stopped outside my door and asked what I was doing there (the same employee that asked me to go there in the first place). Instead of apologizing, she made a million excuses of how busy they were & how it was just 2 of them working.

I elected to leave. I walked past the socializing doctor and office manager, neither of which stopped me, acknowledged my presence, or even bothered to call me to apologize after the fact.

If you like having everyone know your medical information and to be treated like a number and not a human being, this is the place for you. It is not the place for me! I will find some place I feel more support and not like someone's paycheck!
