Review: We have now received five robocalls purporting to be from "[redacted], in the shipping department" of this company, informing us that an unknown friend or relative has bought us a medical alert device which the company now wishes to deliver free of charge to us (not mentioning what it might cost to activate the system.) In fact no one has bought us this system and the offer seems to be merely preying on the elderly, like us, who may be more gullible than us.

Review: This company keeps calling from number ###-###-#### with a recording claiming that their emergency medical alert system has been ordered and paid for, and to accept or decline. There is no option to speak to someone. This company has called at least once a day and sometimes twice on 6/**, 6/**, 6/**, 6/**, 7/*, 7/*, 7/*, and 7/*. We were out of town the whole time. Please note we have never done business with this outfit, never ordered such a device and are also on the no call list. We suspect Medicare fraud as I just became eligible for Medicare.Desired Settlement: This company is claiming a system is ordered, paid for and even shipping paid for. In addition, the call is made to sound like an actual person--but the recording is exactly the same each time--calling from the shipping department and reviewing an order form. The call gives no alternative accept to accept or decline the shipping of the system. If there are, for example, monthly fees to utilize this system, they are not disclosed. I have never dealt with this company in any manner, and they also violated the law with their repeated calls (almost daily and sometimes twice daily) since my phone number is on the no call registry.
