over two years. Although we do charge a fee for testing, this Family never paid for the 8 tests performed during their time with us due to our inaccurate tracking. Once the Mom was approached about testing fees moving forward, she disagreed with the policy and it was decided that we were no longer a good fit. I have well over 300 members that would completely disagree with her statement.
