I ordered the overpriced 12 pack of sanitizer and according to their published policies, they allow for a cancellation within 24 hours. I submitted my request to cancel well within those 24 hours and instead of honoring their published policy, they applied a 10% discount and proceeded to ship my order. I declined a 10% discount and re-stated my wish to cancel the order as within their policy and they shipped the order anyway. The company did not respond to numerous emails for over a month. Finally, I was granted a return authorization number and went to ship the product back. I was unable to ship my 12 pack due to size and was told it must be split into 3 separate packages, costing $20 per package to ship back! This was as much as the product itself! The company obviously knows the customer can not return the purchase without paying more to ship it back than the original price gouging! Had the company followed their own published policies, I would have never received the product to begin with and now I’m out $56. Do not order any product from this company.
This product (Hand Sanitizer) is primarily alcohol based with little to no aloe gel. I bought the 12 pack and I’m very displeased with the quality. You’re better off buying isopropyl alcohol and adding aloe on your own. Not even close to the quality of Purell. Their how to use instructions say take an appropriate amount (2-3ml) of the product to moisten your hands and rub for 15 seconds...which is impossible, because it will dissolve in your hands in as little as 3 seconds due to lack of moisturizing gel. And to add insult to injury I submitted many previous negative comments which were excluded from the reviews, in other words they are only posting positive comments!
Price gouging hand sanitizer is wrong https://ccformsubmission.ilattorneygeneral.net/ and should be reported if you experience the same from Medex Lab.
