MedEast Post-Op & Surgical

Review: Company provided post surgical cold unit and received full payment on 12/5/2012. Once, on 3/12/13 they sent an invoice for same service and when customer called to correct got an answering machine and, in addition to explaining that amount had already been paid requested a call back. That call back never occured. On 4/15/13 a second invoice for the same amount was sent and again a message was left. This has involved substantial time on my part is a significant nuisance. I believe it may also be fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like bill amount to be purged, an apology rendered and payment of $150 that represents the time I have spent both researching and documenting payment.
