I purchased a pair of crutches on *** from a company named Medbroad on June **, for $They did not fit so we put them right back in the box and got them ready to ship back for a refundChecked Medbroads home page and was unable to find a return addressI called them, they stated email them for the return addressI used *** "contact Seller" and no response for daysI then used the return address on the box, Ergoactives in Miami FloridaI had weeks to return the crutches or they would not be retunableI have been in contact with Ergoactives for monthsMy contacts there are Harry and AlEvery time I speak to them, they tell me they are working on itErgoactives is the mother company to MedbroadI feel both companies have not been professional about a simple return
