My case manager kept making doctors' appointments for me, and either forgot to inform me of them or gave me incorrect information about them, which actually could have been dangerous for me, since I am an amputee. I've never seen such ineptitude.

My name is reinardo I've been trying to get help with no luck for months for my mother who is 85 with advanced Altymyers disease I've been through 7 different mangers and all do nothing then...I was blessed I got a new case worker her name is Essence Tabb from day one she has been helpful in so many ways for my mother she got me all the things she said she would and calls evey week to check to see how my moms is doing she delivered all she said she would the only one medassist cherish essence she is God sent in my moms life thank you essence Tabb for all your help God bless you

I'm very thankful for Chaya a medassist employee she has been so helpful to me kind ,thoughtful, positive she has been the one constant in my life this past year, if not for her I'm not sure where I would be. Thank you so much Chaya for being there. Angela Partello

I have spoken to a "Med Assist" person several times about services. They have supplied me with nothing. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau. I think this is a fraudulent company looking to jump on the back of taxpayers and senior citizens to pretend to help.

When my mother got out of the hospital and rehab Elizka de Swardt from MedAssist connect us she had been a blessing to my family. Everything we needed she was there to help us, and everything I ask her, she made sure I understood the information she was giving me. When I needed to relocate my mother to different state, I ask Elizka could she help me, she said yes. I thought it would take months, she did it in days.
