We moved into the area in and were searching for a small carWe came across what we thought was a great at Carolina Quality Pre ownedThe sales guy (and manager) related to us well since we have kids just like we doHe swore up and down he was taking care of usOne day after buying the car, the passenger side door stopped opening, the engine light came on and we had a leak in the radiatorWe tried to return the vehicle and the dealership refusedThey said that was the reason we bought an extended warranty.We called the shop in which they suggested we use and they were on "vacation"It has now been over a year and we are unable to get a hold of the dealer that sold us the vehicleHe never returns our calls and the warranty has run outWe are now stuck with a car with a million problemsI would never recommend this dealership to anyoneNot even my worst enemy

We moved into the area in 2013 and were searching for a small car. We came across what we thought was a great at Carolina Quality Pre owned. The sales guy (and manager) related to us well since we have kids just like we do. He swore up and down he was taking care of us. One day after buying the car, the passenger side door stopped opening, the engine light came on and we had a leak in the radiator. We tried to return the vehicle and the dealership refused. They said that was the reason we bought an extended warranty.We called the shop in which they suggested we use and they were on "vacation". It has now been over a year and we are unable to get a hold of the dealer that sold us the vehicle. He never returns our calls and the warranty has run out. We are now stuck with a car with a million problems. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
