MSI agreed to send a letter and have the collection agency send a letter saying that I owed them $ I have not received any letter and this still shows on my credit reportThe collection agency says that MSI needs to handle thatMSI agreed to remove this and change my balance to $owedIf they do this like they promised I accept their response
