On retest of the radon levels after a radon mitigation system was installed, the radon machine had an error for the date tested. we sent that machine in for repair and calibration. I contacted [redacted] and set up a retest and will refund him the $100.00 for his troubles and our lack of...

paid for radon mitigation and testing on 6/21/17. system installed 6/21/17. waited 2 weeks never contacted me to set up test to see if radon mitigation successful. I called and left a message with keith walklin. he never returned my call. after another week called again spoke with him and set up test. after test was told he would send results. received results in mail that stated the test was conducted on 5/17 2005 - 5/21 2005 over twelve 12 years old. the test sheet also stated test machine had not been calibrated in over a year. I still have these results and can provide them. called keith w again and left a message . again did not return my call. after a couple days sent e-mail to him showing bogus results. he said he would correct the dates and get it to me. never got it , just excuses. almost 2 months after paying for the services I still have not received what I paid for. also, terrible customer service after they got my check.
