Pro Med medical Care Center wrongfully and purposely over charged me a copay for a past visit that was already paid for. Pro Med Medical Care Center refused me medical service unless I paid the amount. Essentially I paid the amount; however I later brought a copy of my bank statement were it showed that I already paid it. I've been to the clinic several time to get my refund; but, the front desk attendant always tells me that she sees that overcharge; however,the only person that can give me a refund is the manager who is always to busy to come to the front desk to attend me.
