I live in New Mexico and get my products delivered about once a month. Have been very satisfied with the service and the products. If I don't like something for whatever reason, they will take it back still frozen and give me something I do like. That has happened only once in the 6 years I have been doing business. There was nothing wrong with the product. It was just my personal preference.

Every three or four months, this company calls me. I am on the "Do Not Call" list and have never done business with this company. Every time they call, I tell them I am on the "Do Not Call" list and to remove me from their calls. And yet they continue. I report to [redacted] every time. No results. I now consider this harassment.
