Hi, I bought the Measupro long stem digital thermometer, and when I calibrated the trhermometer in crushed ice and water it is 5 degrees F warmer than it should read. I was wondering if there is a way to set this thermometer so it registers 32 degrees F when in the ice water

I love the measupro thermometer, however after one year of use, the probe (when in a piece of meat) would vacillate from 35 degrees to 199 degrees. It went back and forth between those temps and would not operate as it had been. I was wondering if it was possible to purchase a new probe . Please advise
