Horrible! I made an online purchase which gave me the option of autoship or one time orderI selected one time order as I knew we were movingLow and behold, days later, Meaningful Beauty charges my account and "autoships" me another shipmentThis is the reason I stopped using the product years agoI guess I didn't learn my lessonYou would think after all these years they would get their act togetherThey are so shady with the billingI called the cancel and to dispute the chargePer Meaningful Beauty I chose the autoshipUmm NO I didn't! I will never use this product again!!

I received the product as a gift and liked it. I ordered more and found myself in a shady business deal. They want you to be in their membership so they auto bill you every month. I saw this and deliberately tried to say I only wanted the products one time, but I was sent more product that I returned and they did not charge me for that month. Then came a bill for more payments!! Now they have my card # and I do not trust them at all. Be aware before you buy.

Low and behold, 15 days later, Meaningful Beauty charges my account and "autoships" me another shipment. This is the reason I stopped using the product years ago. I guess I didn't learn my lesson. You would think after all these years they would get their act together. They are so shady with the billing. I called the cancel and to dispute the charge. Per Meaningful Beauty I chose the autoship.. Umm NO I didn't! I will never use this product again!!

Meaningful Beauty has a minimum order size and frequency requirement. Sometimes they ignore your order settings and send you other products and larger orders than you agreed to. I attempted to close my account but the website doesn't have that option. I wrote them letters to close my account but there was no response. On my profile I replaced my name and address with "xxxxxx xxxx". And they STILL shipped me large orders including items I've never had any interest in. Plus they used my new address, which is not public information, and of course they didn't get it from me. So this company has been a nightmare for me. And it doesn't look like an accident, it looks more like a scam.

I purchased these products, for one price then told I had to pay an xtra 100.00. that is not what the commercial advertised. broke my face out.
