In November 2017, I purchased a year of weekly meal plansThe meal plans were posted in my members-only portal each week and a version was also emailed to meIn May 2018, they stopped posting the meal plans in the portalI emailed back and forth with *** in Customer Support times about this issue, but the meal plans were never again posted on the portalBecause of this I relied on the weekly email, but in August the weekly emails became inconsistentA few times I had to remind *** to email me the meal planAt one point, a whole month went by without receiving one*** said she would set a reminder on her calendar to send them to me in the futureBut again, she did not send it the following weekShe later said it was because they're restructuring the meal plansTherefore she didn't have anything to send me because she had not written the new meal plans yetBut she insisted that the following week would be on timeShe even offered me a Breakfast cookbook and Essential AIP co
