The office personnel, Nancy the Office Manager especially, were very difficult to work with, lost my paperwork, never followed up on phone calls and expected me to do all the work in getting inspections and meters put in (shouldn't this have already been done?)I worked with them for months before they told me they did not rent the double wides, only the single wides, and then none of the homes had meters to even hook up gas and electric and expected me to complete that taskThey were always rude and never seemed to know what was going onThey were cluelessI would never recommend this company to anyone renting or buying a home
