When you order from this company they charge you $18.47 for VIP service. I called and canceled this service and they said they would refund the $18.47 back to my credit card. After 2 months I have not recieved it. They said it's the banks fault. They than said and showed me a picture of a check that was being sent to me for the refund. After 2 weeks I still have yet to see it. They even sent me a tracking number and said it's the post offices fault. This is a shady overseas company that are incompetent of giving refunds. Buyer beware they are a RIP off and only want your money. I filed a report with my attorney general regarding this. This company needs to be shut down for their shady business practices.

This place ***. DO NOT order from them. They charge your card whether you owe anything or not. Total ripoff. Not worth the money or the wait.

Warning.... Don't order from Meadde. I ordered a product that is advertised as having a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days. I reached out to them to advise that I was not satisfied with my purchase and wanted to return for a full refund, but was denied the refund. They told me "stated in our refund policy, there are no refunds".... how do you offer a 100% money back guarantee, but no refunds? False advertising.

I purchased 3 bras get a 4th one free back on April 29th, at time if purchase they stated that if I was not happy with the item I could return within 30 days. When I received my package I opened up one bra and tried on. I did not like the piece that went underneath my breast I immediately emailed the company and returned to sender. First they said that due to COVID19 no returns are allowed, but I can buy something else at 50% off. Than I said no, I just want a refund and they said that I need to take a photo of myself wearing the bra and they will give me 25% off. I stated this is pornography and refused to do this, next they said they will refund me 50% and I told them that I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and today they charged my credit card 18.47 without my permission so I have filed fraudulent charges with my bank and reported the card as stolen. Terrible Customer Service. Don’t know why they feel that they can refuse refund and blame it on COVID19 when I bought the item after everything happened and at the time of purchase refunds were still allowed.

I am not at all happy with my order (ORDER *** ). The sizing is completely incorrect given yours on the website and the bras are horribly made with very thin material. They look NOTHING like the picture at all. Also, the pads are cheaply done and don't even provide coverage. This was a complete waste of money during a very difficult time and I find it insulting that they are not giving or processing refunds/exchanges. The only offer is a 50% off coupon for another product, where I do not want to spend a dime more on this company. I do not see how they can't refund during a pandemic. This was not stated when I ordered and there is a Free exchange listed on my receipt that they are not honoring.

I made a purchase from this company. I was asked if I wanted to be a VIP. I clicked yes, as I was told it was free. My receipt lists it as free.

However, I was just charged $18.47 for it. When I asked via email, I was told that it was the VIP monthly fee.

I replied that I had never been told of a fee, wanted to unsubscribe, and wanted my $18.47 back. They have not responded.

I ordered the 3 pack Instalift Anti-sagging bras which are supposed to also help with posture because I just started working as a mail carrier for the US Postal Service. The advertisement stated these bras were excellent quality material, sturdy and had a money back guarantee. I ordered theses bras on April 22 and received them on May 14. These bras were nothing like the advertisement claimed. Very cheap, flimsy material, thread already coming out of them and they fit but did not lift my *** or help with my posture in any way. I cannot use them for mail carrying as I intended. On May 14 I emailed *** requesting a refund and who to mail the bras back to (because there were shipped by ‘***, ***, ***, ***). They told me they are not accepting refunds due to COVID. This is a case of classic bait and switch and false advertising.
